Project chosen by the management of the Heritage Project of the Faculty of Architecture and Design for the yearbook of the best projects.
The project
The intervention is carried out in a heritage context, in one of the most important bays of Cartagena that is in deterioration due to the priority use of the land for the vehicle and the business dynamics above pedestrians and the nature of the place.
An intervention is first carried out on Calle Larga and the public space of the bay, and later an intervention inside the premises in order to integrate the interior space with the exterior and highlight the aesthetic, architectural and urban values of the place.
